Hello and welcome to Borough Green Yoga 

Are you completely new to yoga? Perhaps you might like to start with our introduction to yoga course.

Maybe you have been to the odd yoga class here or there? Or perhaps you've been practising for a few years? If so, our beginner to intermediate level class will be a great fit for you. 

The weekly classes are a perfect balance of being friendly, encouaging and challenging. You have the space to focus on yourself and you'll leave feeling calm and relaxed. During class the poses will help you feel strong and inspired, creating balance. At the same time you'll be improving your flexibility and toning your body.
