The introduction to yoga course runs every year, normally in the
spring / summer. The course is perfect for
those who have never tried yoga before or for anyone who hasn't practised for a
few years. During the course you learn the main postures, their alignment and
simple breathing techniques.
It's a popular course and spaces fill quickly, so if you want to be
